Am I on track to get into an Ivy league school? - different types of church services

I am Hispanic and have a profit of 3.8 GPA. I havent taken the SA, but still I can speak three languages and can learn very well what I have done various types of community services like my church and the club room and helped save the Movement for Children. I took five AP classes my career in high school and I improved my grades 1 per year. Am I on track to enter the Ivy League school? I'm planning to raise my average this year to 4.0 or 3.9
